Not been to Bulgaria skiing before, so gave Crystalski the chance to set it up for us. Got a free child place during the xmas holiday break and the tuition fees are exemplary. Let's hope it all stacks up when we go away in January!!

Update (in July!!) The Hotel was superb, the flights were fine and the overall package from Crystalski was brilliant. Can't say the same for Bulgaria (Bansko) though. I reckon you would only go here when nowhere else was available - generally speaking poor pistes, bad ski schools, and a resort that is 30 years behind the french equivalents - but as they they say "you get what you pay for" But well done to Crystalski for setting it all up

We have been traveling with Crystal ski for15+ years. Online booking is easy, prices competitive and with departures from Scottish airports Crystal are our go to provider for ski holidays. As a Company their flexibility and support during COVID was fantastic.

Tried using your online system and it didn't work it wouldn't let me finalise my booking. So I had to call the next day and spoke with phill he was extremely helpful and very nice to chat to. We got our holiday sorted in no time. Much prefer humans over computers ?

This is my third booking with Crystal and definitely recommend the website is so easy to use all the information you need is there to make a good choice No hidden charges .

I am so so pleased Crystal Ski still exist after the turbulence of the last few years for the holiday sector. I've been a loyal fan for ski holidays for many years and just tempted to book early for next year. Excellent and easy to book and now I can look forward to some winter snow. Usually rubbish, so bad last year I got £1000 back but unfortunately for the resorts I take my groups to we have to use them. Wish we didn’t, so far cocked up 4 out of 5 trips.

Booked day before free lift pass offer sent out by email and also sent me a feedback questionnaire about my experience.
Refusing the offer unless I forfeit my deposit.
But disappointing there is absolutely no discretion when so close.
